Those interested in touring, inquiring, renting or leasing a residential rental property will likely be asked to include the following additional information: the type of rental property size you are looking for, where you want to live, the type of building you prefer, your proposed rent budget, the number of individuals in your household and their ages, a copy of your and any occupants government issued identification documents, personal image of yourself and any occupants, and if you have pets or not.

USAGE TRACKING: USE OF IP ADDRESSES
Every device that connects to the Internet is given a number that is known as an Internet Protocol (IP) Address. These numbers are typically assigned in geographic blocks.
